Warranty and Return Policy
Warranty
All Brock auto parts come with a 1-year limited warranty against defects, malfunctions and other types of failures. The warranty period begins on the day that the order is invoiced. For customers with wholesale accounts, the 12-month period begins on the day you sell the part or the day it's shipped if drop shipped by Brock.
This warranty covers the product price of the defective part and excludes labor, damages, shipping, and other costs. Abuse, misuse, modification, and incorrect installation are not covered under this warranty.

Return Policy
We accept authorized returns within 90 calendar days from the date the product was purchased.
All authorized returns must be unused and in their original condition, including all items and components that were included in the original package. Items being returned must not have been damaged due to user error or incorrect installation, painted or modified. We recommend professional installation for all our parts. We do not warranty installation. Additional installation or labor charges, towing, rental car or any other charges caused using wrong or defective parts are not reimbursed.
If your shipment arrived with a damaged or incorrect item, please let us know immediately. Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts. We can only accept claims for this reason within 14 days of purchase. 

Item shipped but not delivered
If you're package shows shipped but it never delivered, please check with the carrier to make a claim. If you need the tracking number you can find it on our website at https://www.brocksupply.com/en-us/profile/shipments/ 

Warranty/Return Procedure
To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, go to Invoices and View Details on the invoice and then you'll be able to select Return Order and select the items you'd like to request to be returned or exchanged. Please add notes and pictures to help expedite the process.
If approved, an RMA number(s) along with return shipping instructions will be sent by the next business day after receipt of the fully completed form. All returns MUST have a valid authorized RMA number clearly marked on the return. Mark the RMA # on the outside of your return packaging.
Returns sent back without an authorized valid RMA number included in or on the box will not be credited.

Shipping Charge
We are not responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturer’s defect/warranty claim or a direct result of an error on our part.

Refund Processing
Refunds are normally processed and credited within 24-72 business hours after our warehouse receives your item. Returns sent back without an authorized valid RMA number will not be credited.
